Your Role Will Include:

  • Assisting in the commissioning of high-voltage (HV) systems for substations, renewable energy projects, and industrial applications.
  • Conducting testing and validation of electrical systems under the guidance of experienced engineers.
  • Learning to diagnose and resolve technical issues during the commissioning process.
  • Supporting the preparation of commissioning documentation, test reports, and other project-related materials.
  • Contributing to the smooth delivery of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum qualification of an electrical trade certification.
  • An Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering is highly advantageous (or a willingness to complete one as part of your training).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in learning.
  • A passion for electrical systems and a desire to build a long-term career in high-voltage engineering.
  • Willingness to travel and work on various project sites across Australia.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Launceston.
