Primary Electrical Design
Our primary design engineers develop the physical and electrical arrangement of substation equipment. Deliverables include single line diagrams (SLDs), general arrangement drawings, equipment layouts, busbar configurations (single bus, double bus, breaker-and-a-half, ring bus), cable route and sizing calculations, HV and LV cable schedules, equipment specifications and datasheets, earthing design (with earth potential rise and step/touch analysis), and lightning protection design. Protection and Control (Secondary) Design
