Electrical Project Manager (High Voltage)
Location: Hobart, Launceston, Adelaide or Newcastle (with project travel across Australia)

We're looking for an Electrical Project Manager to take full ownership of high voltage maintenance and commissioning projects, from planning and outage coordination through to close-out, working with our engineers, test teams and clients across Australia.
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of project delivery: scope, programme, cost, quality and the client relationship.
- Developing and executing project management plans in line with PMBOK principles.
- Controlling programming, cost forecasting, purchasing, contract administration and subcontracted scopes.
- Coordinating network outages, site access and completion schedules with clients and network operators.
- Managing safety, quality and environmental requirements across your projects.
- Monitoring progress against programme and budget, taking early corrective action and reporting promptly.
- Working closely with our commissioning, design and maintenance teams to resolve issues and keep clients informed.
What We're Looking For
- A trade or bachelor's qualification in an electrical discipline. Project management study is an advantage.
- At least 5 years' project management experience on high voltage maintenance, testing and commissioning, or substation projects.
- Working knowledge across the HV asset lifecycle: design, procurement, commissioning and maintenance.
- Commercial discipline: cost control, forecasting and contract administration.
- Clear written and verbal communication with clients and site teams.
- Leadership: influencing, motivating and delegating across project teams.
- A current driver's licence.
